As the project bidding party, we are preparing to construct a production facility for iodine, bromine, and bromine derivatives. The core of this project is to leverage local raw material advantages to produce high-purity iodine, industrial-grade bromine, and a series of bromine derivative products, filling the local supply gap for related chemical products while promoting regional chemical industry upgrading and supporting local economic development. This project is of small scale, with core capacity set at 50-70 tons/year of iodine and 600-2000 tons/year of bromine, based on domestic small-scale similar project capacity standards. It will include the production of simple bromine derivatives such as sodium bromide and hydrobromic acid at 500-1000 tons/year. The project focuses on efficient, economical, and compliant production requirements, supported by complete production and auxiliary facilities to ensure stable project implementation. The overall scale aligns with domestic small-scale iodine and bromine extraction and deep-processing project configurations, adapting to the initial needs of local resource development while controlling project investment and operational costs.
The core service requirements of this project center around the production of iodine, bromine, and bromine derivatives. Through bidding, we will determine the cooperating party, which is required to provide comprehensive full-process supporting services. The core service contents include: providing core technology for iodine and bromine extraction and bromine derivative synthesis suitable for small-scale factories, granting relevant technology usage rights to ensure production processes are compliant and efficient; completing basic and detailed project design in strict accordance with local chemical industry standards and our requirements, issuing design documents that meet standards to ensure smooth construction; assisting us in the selection and procurement of core production equipment, with emphasis on iodine and bromine extraction equipment, reaction equipment, purification equipment, and supporting instruments, ensuring equipment performance is suitable for small-scale production and meets the production requirements for iodine, bromine, and bromine derivatives.
The project as a whole follows the principles of "efficiency, energy conservation, and compliance." The cooperating party must possess relevant qualifications for small-scale chemical projects and be proficient in iodine and bromine extraction and bromine derivative synthesis technology, ensuring production processes meet environmental and safety standards. We plan to construct a key environmental protection supporting project with a capacity of 500,000 Nm³/h for dry flue gas desulfurization to treat industrial sulfur-containing flue gas, achieve ultra-low SO₂ emissions, and support environmental compliance, green production, and regional air quality improvement. This project adopts advanced and mature dry process technology suitable for the main production unit's requirements. We are now bidding to select qualified partners to provide full-process integrated technology and engineering services, with specific requirements as follows:
1. Technical Support and Patent Authorization: Provide complete set of core dry desulfurization technology suitable for this scale and comprehensive technical support to ensure desulfurization efficiency ≥98%; Grant legal usage rights for related core technology patents and provide authorization documents to avoid infringement risks, while also providing supporting services such as technical disclosure and personnel training.
2. Full-Process Engineering Design: Responsible for basic engineering design and detailed construction drawing design, following relevant specifications, completing core work such as process package preparation, equipment selection, general layout, and construction drawings for various facilities, issuing qualified design documents, and coordinating with design disclosure and changes.
3. Equipment Procurement Services: In accordance with project scale and process requirements, complete selection of core and auxiliary equipment and supplier screening, assist us in procurement negotiations and quality inspection, control equipment quality, coordinate with equipment transportation and handover, and ensure timely delivery.
We require the partner to have relevant experience in dry desulfurization projects of this scale or larger, coordinate all services, ensure quality and progress, help us achieve the core goals of environmental compliance and stable operation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
